You are able to ride the scooter throughout Tumon, the farthest you will be able to ride the scooter is to Guam premiere outlets and to the Micronesian mall

Children from the ages of 12 to 15 are able to ride the scooters as long as they have proper supervision and are accompanied by an adult who is 18 years and older
